Accountants have been coached to offer additional advisory services to their business clients to become Trusted Business Advisors. This webinar will show accountants a process on how to decipher trends, comparing a company’s performance to their own historical performance and to their industry for key balance sheet and income statement accounts. Each opportunity will be monetized so focus can be placed on the greatest opportunities. This process clearly identifies the areas which offer the greatest opportunities to improve cash flow and profitability, allowing the accountant to be a true asset in improving business performance.
