Course Description

Keeping up to date on the latest federal sales tax legislation is quite the challenge. This course will take you through three new federal legislative proposals that have the potential to affect the way inter- and intra-state commerce are evaluated regarding nexus. The speaker will cover how Congress is influencing these decisions and dive into new developments within the federal sales tax legislative space.
