Course Description

This course is for any CPA firm looking to discover, build or grow a niche practice. The first part of the program, delivered by David Wolfskehl, will cover why niche marketing is a best business practice for growing a CPA firm, how to identify the right niche, and how to start the process of building a niche presence. The second part of the program will be delivered by Alan Vitberg, who will discuss strategies and tactics for marketing a niche practice, including inbound marketing, lead generation, and budget allocation issues. (Two 45 minute segments, plus 30 minutes for Q&A)
