If you want to create more time for what's most important, to make more money in less time with fewer clients, to increase the value of your practice dramatically, and to have a business that serves your life and not the other way around, this course is for you. You will learn that you don’t have to work harder or learn more "stuff" to become uniquely attractive to your target demographic and to create more time for what's most important. This course will show you how CPA Firms of the Future are making more money in a lot less time (with fewer clients) by using a very simple process, and they are excited to find out that the resources they need to accomplish this awesome, simple task are readily available. Instead of "rowing their boats upstream" (which is really hard), they adopt a more effective philosophy and turn their boats so "they flow with the direction of the powerful current that carries them forward".

Traditional CPAs are facing so many challenges and risks within their practice today, because they are using strategies that may have worked a long time ago. Many are losing some of their very best clients for a variety of reasons, specifically those clients feel that they are not getting what they "want" from their current CPA.

We will discuss the alarming results from a number of recent CPA surveys of almost 200 Affluent Business owners and wealthy families about what they "want" from their CPA and are not getting. Jody Padar, author of The Radical CPA, just conducted a survey where 100% of the affluent business owners were not happy with the service that their CPA provided. Once you clearly understand what your target market wants (and is not getting and is willing to pay for), the opportunity to fill this gap is exciting and energizing to the CPAs with whom we work. CPAs sometimes are too overwhelmed to pay attention to the needs and wants of their best clients and don’t know how to attract new ones, because they are busy trying to service all of their “B” and “C” clients.

CPAs are asked to provide a lot more value to their best clients, stay on top of all the tax law changes, develop relationships with the best solutions providers in the country, and service all of their clients. For most CPAs, all of this workload is simply impossible to perform at the highest levels using their current, outdated processes. These challenges to traditional CPAs create opportunities for CPA Firms of the Future, who simply position their firms and their marketing messages to attract all of these unhappy affluent business owners and give them exactly what they want.
