Course Description

The biggest frustration that bookkeepers face is getting their client's source documents. For your bookkeeping/client accounting services to be profitable (and scalable) you need take control of your clients source documents. You need to create systems for your clients to submit their information to you, and then leverage technology to do the heavy lifting. With timely submission comes timely processing of data which means happy clients.

Cloud based technology, like Receipt Bank, allows your clients source documents for you. All your clients have to do is take a photo of their receipt or email their supplier invoices and receipts directly into the system. This means no more shoeboxes of disorganized paperwork. With the source document in the system, Receipt Bank then get to work, extracting the data and making it ready to sync with cloud based accounting software like Xero and QBO.
