Alex Martin is a transfer pricing principal with Clayton & McKervey in Southfield, Michigan. As an economist, he has spent nearly 20 years assisting clients in managing the most contentious tax issue facing multinationals today. Clayton & McKervey's robust offerings, typically limited to only the largest firms, include U.S. and global transfer pricing documentation, economic benchmarking studies, audit defense and Advance Pricing Agreements. Prior to joining Clayton & McKervey, Alex was a director at a "Big-4" accounting firm for 12 years where he worked in Washington, D.C.; Melbourne, Australia; and Detroit, Michigan. He has also been engaged by the World Bank to assist developing countries in building transfer pricing expertise. Alex regularly serves as a resource to accounting firms as a complement to their tax and audit services.
