Course Description

The pandemic downturn and resulting economic effects are now in full swing. We’ve all felt the frustration and grief in laying our former plans aside. Through the disruption, it’s important to talk about how we might shrink safely for a time, how our clients can accomplish this feat, last for the long haul, and then come out of this stronger than before. We explore topics of De-growth in this webinar and how we can begin focusing on how to come out of the downturn stronger than before.

Learning Objectives:

  • To safely manage the downturn in our businesses, and how to plan currently to stay safe in the midst of our unknown paths forward.

  • To discuss the topic of De-growth and how aspects of shrinking may allow us and our clients to stay in business for the long haul.

  • To think through various ways to come out of this pandemic on the other side, with stronger positions, stronger thoughts, and the ability to grow again.
