You are evaluated by everything you do and say. This session will focus on what is ethical leadership and explore guiding principles that allow leaders to lead with a moral compass.

With ethical leadership, it is possible to bring the best out in others when we focus on positive intent and impact. Leading with the greater good in mind promotes a vision for the future for ethical change. Participants will not be challenged to think beyond the rules of professional conduct. Instead, the focus will dive deeper reflecting on personal, professional, and organizational applications based on guiding principles.

  • Give examples of how to apply ethical principles to concerns

Mike Gregory leads Michael Gregory Consulting, LLC. Mike has a BS from Valparaiso University, an MS from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and an MBA from DePaul University.
