Adam Wiseman, Certified Health Executive (CHE) with the Canadian College of Health Leaders and Project Management Professional (PMP) certified by the Project Management Institute is the founder and lead consultant of Quality Mental Health Interventions Training and Consulting.  He is a dynamic speaker and presenter with in-depth knowledge of both the current best practices in mental health interventions as well as the innovations to come!   

Adam has a specialty in crisis management and the hands-on practical skills required to support people at any stage of their mental health recovery.  He has acquired over 20 years of experience from frontline to management working in the field of community mental health.  As a former professor of Community Mental Health Case Management at George Brown College, his knowledge is based on both sound theoretical foundations as well as the lessons only hands-on experience can provide.

Adam is a CMHA certified Psychological Health and Safety in the Workplace Adviser, Senior-level instructor of Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (Crisis Prevention Institute), and is certified in Violence Threat Risk Assessment (Canadian Centre for Threat Assessment and Trauma Response); he also is a black belt in Lean Six Sigma utilizing data for quality improvement (Management and Strategy Institute).  He worked for over 17 years at the  Canadian Mental Health Association, leaving in 2020 as the manager of Forensic Assertive Community Treatment Programs.

She is a transformational speaker, growth guide, elementary teacher of 22 years, activist, and fitness instructor. Emmy is passionate about helping others realize that there need be no stigma in having mental health issues and that it doesn’t define them, having high-functioning depression and anxiety herself.
