Course Description

This program will review the leading federal tax cases and rulings of February 2023, including the most important valuation case out of the Tax Court in two years. The speaker will cover a 5-4 decision of the U.S. Supreme Court regarding the FBAR filing (with an unusual division among the justices) and talk about the Tax Court petition that was filed two minutes late.
