A Sales & Training Consultant at Thomson Reuters with more than 6 years of experience, Duncan provides end-user support, onsite and web-based training, software and training consulting, implementation guidance, and is a Subject Matter Expert for the Accounting CS & Accounting CS Payroll products. He first joined Thomson Reuters in 2007 as a Product Support Representative for Write-Up CS, Payroll CS, Client Bookkeeping Solutions, UltraTax CS, Fixed Assets CS. and GoSystem Tax, and was also a Team Lead for the CS Professional Suite QuickBooks Integration Team. In 2008, he began his transition to the Training, Consulting & Implementation Services Departments by providing training for the Creative Solutions Accounting software, and assisted in the initial launch of services for Accounting CS & Accounting CS Payroll starting in 2009. Duncan has previously presented at the Thomson Reuters’ Synergy Users’ Conferences, as well as at various Trade Shows and other professional industry events. He has also been involved with other areas of the organization, such as product testing within the Software Development Department of Thomson Reuters. Duncan has a strong training and technical background, earning his bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Training & Development from Central Michigan University, and is CompTIA A+ and Network+ Certified.
