I am a financial services professional that specializes in 1031 exchanges. My primary focus is educating financial advisors, their clients, CPA's, and attorneys, on all areas of the 1031 exchange and the DST as a vehicle of investment for them to utilize. My background in the commodities/securities markets, as well as my past of owning, managing, and selling my own personal real estate allows me to dig a little deeper into individuals exchanges, and communicate on a level that investors can relate to.
