He also regularly represents both plaintiffs and defendants in unfair competition lawsuits. Prior to joining MNR, Mr. Vollrath served as a law clerk for United States District Judge James I. Cohn of the Southern District of Florida and the United States Magistrate Judge Joel B. Toomey of the Middle District of Florida.
