Description

Accelerator is a hands-on program for firm leaders that guides you through launching a People Advisory practice at your firm in order to drive recurring revenue. You’ll learn how to package, staff, price, and deliver People Advisory services to current and prospective clients. 

The program provides 25+ turnkey tools and templates so that you can implement what you’re learning, as you go. During the course, you’ll identify and onboard 3 pilot clients to your People Advisory Packages and by the end of the program you’ll be ready to scale to all of your clients.
