Understanding clients’ charitable giving goals is vital to successful estate planning. This webinar will touch on the increase in charitable giving and philanthropy among Americans, and how practitioners can become better prepared to assist their clients in reaching their charitable aspirations. Emphasis will be placed on how to determine a client’s charitable goals and how to integrate those goals into a comprehensive estate plan that accomplishes all of their objectives. A variety of charitable estate tax planning techniques will be discussed including the use of split interest trusts.
If you’re looking for a solution to help you map out your estate plans, Jeremy Milo from the software group at Bloomberg BNA, will be demonstrating BNA Estate & Gift Tax™ Planner during the webinar.
