Course Description

Small business clients need help using their financial data to understand the growth of their business and make strategic decisions. As a public accountant you are perfectly positioned to be a strategic advisor to your small business clients. You must determine how to deliver this service in your firm and what toolsets you will use to support it. This course will introduce you to the LivePlan Method for Strategic Advising.

Kathy Gregory comes to Palo Alto Software and LivePlan with 15+ years experience in business development, including: financial forecasting, strategic planning, process development, project management, and mergers and acquisitions. She has worked in public and private, small to mid-size organizations doing business development, and strategic planning and implementation, working with executives, boards and their investors.
