This session provides an overview of the inside and outside exit options while illustrating a viable model for coaching a business owner through the process of identifying the exit option that is right for them, based on their personal, financial, and business needs. It will focus on more than just a sale, but also give equal time to succession plans and how to increase value, decrease taxation and create a plan for life after the business transition.
