Neville Joffe spent more than 25 years in the manufacturing and distribution industry having eventually discovered that the initiative that was crucial to turn his 400 unionised member company back to sustainable profitability was to implement an effective incentive plan while ensuring that his employees understood the financial implications of their decisions. companies, various government sectors and non-profit organizations. His has also worked extensively with entrepreneurs and especially those in growth mode.

He has written and published 7 accounting and managerial textbooks that accompany his patented teaching method for use in community colleges, universities and pre Executive Education programs including Harvard Business School where he was also a case protagonist. His creative style of education has won him numerous awards including the conversion of his system into Braille for the visually impaired.
