Amber is the Chief Enlightenment Officer for Conscious Public Accountants—whose mission is to guide accountants back to their wholeness. As a coach, Amber works with a select number of clients who are the best at what they do—yet they still hunger for education. They chose Amber because of her intellect, authenticity, and drive to educate them in ways they've never experienced.

Amber holds a Masters in Leadership Studies from the University of San Diego and a Bachelors in Business Administration, Accounting from San Jose State University. She is a graduate of Accomplishment Coaching—an ICF accredited Coaches Training Program—and also completed their Advanced Leadership Program as a Mentor Coach. Amber is an inactive CPA and an ICF Professional Certified Coach.

Amber was recognized by CalCPA as a Woman to Watch in the Experienced Leader Category. She is a national expert on building coaching cultures within the accounting profession. Her professional experience includes serving as an internal and external coach, facilitating and coaching within leadership development experiences, and building a nationally recognized learning and development function.

Robina’s work doesn’t stop at the personal level with her clients. Her work helps people to transform relationships in all corners of their world.  People often believe money is a stand-alone issue within any relationship and don’t realize each person’s beliefs and behaviors can impact a personal relationships, careers, running a business, and day-to-day interactions. 

Through one-on-one or group sessions, Robina uses a Soul-Self-Wealth approach to help clients get to the foundation of where decisions are being made from, goals are being set, and actions are being taken.  Providing a space for this new perspective and awareness helps clients create new behaviors and unblock barriers to their soul purpose, authentic self, and the wealth they are worthy of making and receiving.
