Course Description

Setting goals for your practice is more than just writing about what you hope for on a piece of paper. Goal setting is a team effort—one that requires a clear set plan, realistic and achievable metrics, and ownership. Following the recent crisis, it is even more critical for teams to come together to regroup and reassess those goals in light of the new challenges they are currently faced with.

On this webinar, I’ll share how to engage your team in setting practical goals that will set your practice up for success and beyond in the new economy.

Learning Objectives:

  • Identify easy steps to get your team involved in the goal-setting process and taking ownership of their goals

  • Identify how to set clear, concise, and intentional team goals for your practice following the pandemic

  • Recognize the difference between realistic and unrealistic goals during unprecedented times and how to avoid setting the wrong ones for your practice

  • Identify how to create appropriate key performance indicators (KPIs), so you can measure and adjust your goals for success
