Coronavirus has forced us all to be remote workers at virtual firms. For many accountants and for many firms it has been the impetus to adopt technologies and workflows that they’ve been wanting to implement for a long time. In this webinar, we will address the following questions: Is virtual, remote work the new normal? Should every firm go virtual? Does everybody suck as bad as you do at working from home? We will also look at practical ways for managers to manage virtual firms and for staff to be effective remote employees.
