Course Description

What is a great way to spend cash, then put it right back into your pocket? Spend it on wages, then claim the employee retention credit (ERC). It’s a great deal and keeps on getting better. You just have to know how to play the game and the rules of the game keep getting better.

The American Rescue Plan ACT (ARPA) ratchets up the amount you can grab back. It’s ridiculously lucrative. For example, an employer with 10 employees making $40,000 each for 2020 and 2021 may claim an ERC of up to $50,000 for 2020 and up to a whopping $280,000 for 2021.

Attend this webinar and learn how to make the most of the ERC and ARPA.

Learning Objectives:

  • Define strategies and mechanics to claiming ERC alongside PPP forgiveness

  • Outline the extension of ERC through the end of 2021 – including new rules

  • Identify who qualifies (and does not) for ERC

  • List new opportunities under ARPA for start-up businesses

  • Name strategies for churning out those 941s (and 941-Xs and 7200s) to cash in
