Course Description

This training session is for accounting professionals who are new to QuickBooks Online and need help getting started. Learn how QuickBooks Online Accountant works with client files as you navigate the product’s essential features, perform critical sales and expense tasks, and gain an awareness of the Intuit product family.

Prerequisites: Attendees should have a basic understanding of accounting principles and terminology and the ability to operate software in a browser environment.

Note: Intuit will issue your CPE certificate following the webinar.

  • Recognize the family of QuickBooks products, benefits, and ecosystem

  • Determine the benefits of the ProAdvisor program

  • Recognize the layout of QuickBooks Online Accountant

  • Recognize the importance of the Chart of Accounts and products and services to QuickBooks Online and successful reporting

  • Identify the QuickBooks Online Centers and describe their role

  • Determine best-practice workflows in QuickBooks Online to support clients

  • Identify necessary money in: manage sales receipts, invoices, receive payments

  • Identify essential money out: expenses, create bills, pay bills

  • To receive CPE credit, you must register for the webinar before it starts.
  • CPE is available to all eligible participants within 24 hours of each webinar.
  • To receive CPE for multiple attendees, at least one person must sign up for the webinar. The post-webinar email contains a link to instructions for the proctor letter.
