Course Description

The installment sale, a grantor trust, is an extremely popular and useful estate tax planning tool, especially now. A great many spousal lifetime access trusts (SLATs) and trusts for descendants are funded and then have assets sold for long-term, low-interest promissory notes. Learn how to design, explain, and implement family installment sale planning.

He has an LL.M. in taxation from the University of Florida and practices in trust and estate planning, tax, wealth preservation, and the representation of physicians and medical practices.
