PEOs (Professional Employer Organizations) provide payroll, benefits, HR, tax administration, and regulatory compliance support for Small to Midsize Businesses (SMBs). In this session, Justworks will discuss challenges facing SMBs, industry trends, the defining characteristics of a co-employment model, and when a PEO approach may be most valued by our clients.
