Course Description

Join in the discussion with Alan Gassman and Dr. Gary Moskovitz as they discuss how to improve your experience of life in the modern world. During the first half of the webinar, Alan Gassman will assist you in recalling the subject of asset protection as well as provide you with the basic knowledge of the concepts which make up the “art and science” of creditor protection planning.

During the second half, they will speak about professional acceleration. Dr. Gary Moskovitz will review how the human mind that surveyed the Savannah in our early evolution is not ideally suited for our lives today, how our cognitive operating system has changed very little in the past 10,000 years, and various insights into the ways we think and perceive.

This webinar will qualify for one credit each in two different fields of study.

Learning Objectives:

  • Define the basic asset protection concepts used in creditor protection planning

  • Determine how our cognitive operating system has changed very little over time

  • Identify how you can improve your professional acceleration in today’s world

About Our Presenter

Gassman crotty den

Our firm was formed in 1987 with one lawyer and a shared secretary and receptionist to provide representation to professionals, business owners and retirees in their estate and related tax and personal planning, business and corporate needs.

Since then we have grown to 6 lawyers and over 20 staff, which we have found over the past two decades to be the best size for us. We are very proud of our team, our systems, and our dedication to providing the best and most appropriate legal services for all clients, whether big or small. Our lawyers meet together almost every morning to discuss and work together on cases, strategies and practice improvement projects in order to work the most efficiently and effectively for our clients. We like what we do and enjoy working together.
