She transformed her life when she lost a significant amount of weight and overcame health issues, giving her a unique perspective on how to help others. She uses evidence-based strategies to help clients improve their eating habits, manage stress, and increase physical activity and overall well-being.
Mindy co-founded the award-winning accounting firm Bean Counter 4 Hire before becoming a Nutrition, Wellness, and Fitness Coach and establishing Fox Body Coaching. She understands the joy and satisfaction of working remotely in accounting and the stress and demands.
Her coaching services assist clients in understanding their health goals, developing actionable plans to meet those goals, and providing ongoing support and accountability to ensure success. Her coaching style is compassionate, non-judgmental, and empowering, and she believes anyone can achieve long-term health and well-being with the proper support and guidance.
When she is not coaching clients or staying up to date on the latest nutrition and wellness research, Mindy enjoys competing in combat sports such as karate, and she is now a registered Amateur Boxer with USA Boxing. She lives outside of Nashville with her four children and two dogs and enjoys volunteering with high school students and first responders in her community.
