This 90-minute webinar will guide you through the process of implementing QuickBooks Online with a small business client. You'll learn about the three subscription levels of QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Self-Employed, and how to choose the right product and subscription level for your client based on their unique needs and processes. This course also teaches best practices and strategies for converting QuickBooks Desktop data to QuickBooks Online and how to complete the initial setup of a new company. Handouts for this course include a New Client Checklist to help you document your client's needs and choose the right QuickBooks subscription.

  1. Identify the subscription levels available in QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Self-Employed.

  2. Describe the information needed to determine which subscription level you will need for a client.

  3. Identify the steps to create a new QuickBooks Online subscription from within QuickBooks Online Accountant.

  4. Determine the steps to convert a QuickBooks Desktop data file to QuickBooks Online

  5. Identify the steps to complete the initial setup of a new QuickBooks Online company.
