In this session, we will discuss a PEO or Professional Employer Organization; introducing you to the Shared Employer Relationship. We will also talk about how having a Trusted Partner to handle HR Compliance, Benefit Plans, Payroll Services, Tax Administration, Risk Management, State Disability and LOA, as well as COBRA is handled while you focus on the strategic goals of your business.

De Sawa, PHR, SHRM-CP is senior client relationship executive at TriNet, a leading provider of comprehensive human resources for small and medium size businesses. In this role, she works directly with clients and colleagues to ensure client satisfaction and success. De has been with TriNet since 2012 and, in addition to her current role, served for over three years as a human capital services manager responsible for leading a team to guide clients through HR best practices and HR compliance. Prior to joining TriNet, she held management roles as an HR expert in the medical and staffing industries.

De holds a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification and is a Certified Professional by the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM-CP). She earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Ohio State University.
