Ann Burton will have worked for the Internal Revenue Service for 37  years in December.  She has a degree in Business Administration from Arizona State University.  During her employment with the IRS, Ann has worked in the Customer Service Division, as a Taxpayer Service Specialist, assisting individuals on the phones and at the walk-in counter responding to a variety of tax inquiries.  Prior to her coming to Stakeholder Liaison function, Ann was a Manager in the Customer Service Division.
