Course Description

One of the best ways to enhance a client’s holistic financial plan and charitable giving strategy is to identify the best assets to give and the right time to donate them. Charitable donations of complex assets—such as private equity, restricted stock, limited partnership interests, real estate, and other non-publicly traded assets—often provide the most tax-efficient way to support charitable causes. Join our expert panel as they evaluate this often under-utilized approach to charitable giving.

Learning Objectives

  • Discover why complex assets are the most tax-efficient way to give.

  • Learn tips and tricks about the right assets to donate.

  • Uncover which of your clients fit the profile of a potential complex asset donor.

  • Understand how you can help your clients through the donation process.
