There may be an expectation that when you reach that senior manager level that you will magically have all of the right skills and knowledge to become a partner in a firm. The problem tends to be that you have spent a lot of time growing technical skills and perhaps business development prowess, but knowing how the firm operates is a whole other issue. This session will cover new tools and resources available to coach an emerging partner in understanding how a firm makes money and know the questions they need to ask in order to properly evaluate the partner decision and the practice itself.
