A significant number of businesses have problems distinguishing and determining what kind of Intellectual Property (Patents, Trademarks, Copyrights & Trade Secrets) they or their clients may have. For those that do, they have questions concerning how best to protect and exploit their Intellectual Property. Further still, some businesses do not know how to deal with Intellectual Property matters that may be raised against them by competitors. This seminar seeks to educate CPAs & their clients on Intellectual Property so they do not make some Intellectual Property mistakes that can be quite costly.

In addition, Mr. Etufugh has represented clients in various trademark issues, including trademark application filing & prosecution, trademark administrative disputes before the Trademark Trial & Appeals Board of the USPTO (Opposition and Cancellation proceedings), responding to and/or initiating cease & desist requests. Further, Mr. Etufugh has also provided clients with various opinions, including trademark clearance opinions, freedom to operate opinions, and patentability/novelty opinions.
