Geoffrey Gan brings more than 16 years of professional experience related to cost segregation, software application development, and management consulting. Since 2004, he has overseen and performed hundreds of cost segregation studies, developed in-house and off-the-shelf software applications for a variety of financial technology platforms. He has assisted clients ranging from national homebuilders to small business owners.
Prior to joining Incentax, Geoff was a Senior Manager at a national cost segregation consulting firm, where he managed an engineering team, drove and assisted on sales, and wrote leadership articles. Geoff also developed the internal cost segregation software used to create cost modeling and tax asset allocations.
Before that, Geoff was a management consultant for The MASYC Group, a management and systems consulting business specializing in JD Edwards EnterpriseOne implementations. There, Geoff advised top management professionals on systems implementation strategies throughout the US.
Geoff has a Master’s in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s in Computer Science both from the University of Southern California (Marshall and Viterbi). Geoff is also a Certified Cost Segregation Professional (CCSP) as part of the American Society of Cost Segregation Professionals (www.ascsp.org), which is the industry’s highest certification.
