Federal tax liens and tax levies can cause serious damage to taxpayers already struggling with debt. During this one-hour program Attorney Eric Green will cover the mechanics of tax liens and tax levies, and when the IRS utilizes these enforcement tools. During the program Eric will also review options for dealing with liens and levies: how to have them released, how to sell assets out from the tax lien, and when the IRS will agree to subordinate claims to a third party.
