Karina Deckard is an accomplished professional with over 11 years of recruiting experience in various industries such as non-profit, market research, financial services, and telecommunications; with a record of success at recruiting quality candidates and developing strong relationships within the community, colleges, and clients. Karina started her journey with Intuit back in 2014 and has been successful in high-volume recruiting for TurboTax Live. 

Andy Junikiewicz has over 25 years of experience in finance, tax and sales. He is a partner with an independent insurance sales agency and tax consulting practice. From 2012 – 2016, Andy served as Vice President of Finance and Administration at ABC Home Medical Supply, Inc. He oversaw the accounting, finance and human resource departments. He was part of the executive team that took a regional durable medical equipment company to a Top 10 Industry leader prior to being acquired in 2016. In addition, he was a Professor of Accounting at Penn State University and an Adjunct Professor at Temple University since 2009. Prior to his insurance firm, tax practice, and instructing college-level courses, he was a Tax Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers. He serves as an Executive Board Member of the Greater Philadelphia Chapter of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors. He is a Certified Public Accountant, a graduate of Albright College with a degree in accounting and he received his Masters’ Degree in Taxation from Villanova University.

Arti serves as the program administrator for the Intuit Academy Tax /Credential Programs, and as such, she leads our EA Credential Assistance Program, the growing Intuit Academy Tax programs, and the future CE/CPE.  Arti comes to Intuit with a strong background in higher education enrollment, engagement, and operations, and has a strong passion for helping others along their career journey.
