Tondeé was named a Kansas City Business Journal 2016 Women Who Mean Business and 2013 NextGen Leader. She is a member of the FORVIS Foundation Committee and a past board member for Nonprofit Connect®. She is a member of the United Way of Greater Kansas City Tocqueville Society and Women United and an alumna of the Centurions Leadership Program.
