As National Industry Leader, Tondee is responsible for developing the vision and strategic growth initiatives for FORVIS’ Nonprofit, Education and Public Sector practices. She leads a team of more than 600 advisors who serve approximately 3,000 clients and has more than 20 years of experience providing audit and consulting services to educational institutions, foundations, associations and other charitable organizations. She assists clients in identifying best practices, benchmarking, financial reporting, governance issues, operational reviews and internal controls.
Tondeé is a member of the American Institute of CPAs. She also is a member of the Missouri Society of CPAs and received the organization’s Women to Watch Emerging Leaders Award. Tondeé was named a Kansas City Business Journal 2016 Women Who Mean Business and 2013 NextGen Leader. She is a member of the FORVIS Foundation Committee and a past board member for Nonprofit Connect®. She is a member of the United Way of Greater Kansas City Tocqueville Society and Women United and an alumna of the Centurions Leadership Program.
