Jennifer Booth has nearly 20 years of experience in the accounting industry. She spent the majority of her career at EY before joining the LeaseQuery team in 2018 to assist organizations with the landmark new accounting changes to lease accounting. 

Jennifer has worked with clients and customers across public, private, nonprofit, and government sectors to address their lease accounting, under new rules from the FASB, GASB, IASB, and FASAB.

At LeaseQuery, Jennifer leads the Center of Accounting Excellence. She oversees the Product Accounting team, designing new product development. She created training programs focused on the new lease accounting guidance for the accountants throughout the organization and is a contributor to content for our regular blog and webinars. Jennifer supports the Technical Accounting Managers and the Channel team to provide expertise to support sales opportunities. 

Jennifer is a subject matter expert when it comes to lease accounting guidance, accounting for cloud computing/SAAS and SBITA arrangements, and third-party assurance reporting. She is a frequent media commentator and educator and has contributed to Bloomberg, Reuters, Accounting Today, CPA Practice Advisor, and more. 

Jennifer has an in-depth knowledge of technical accounting and financial reporting. She served in the audit practice at EY for 17 years, managing audits of international, Fortune 500 entities. She has extensive experience working with clients on accounting transactions, and public company filings.
