Jon has over 20 years of experience in retail and information technology, including more than five years in transaction tax technology implementation specifically focused on SAP. His expertise includes scope definition, and project management and support for implementations and upgrades. He also has experience with financial, merchandise, human resources, and POS systems integrations.
