Neville Joffe spent more than 25 years in the manufacturing and distribution industry having eventually discovered that the initiative that was crucial to turn his 400 unionised member company back to sustainable profitability was to implement an effective incentive plan while ensuring that his employees understood the financial implications of their decisions. The positive results were powerfully impactful.

Having sold his interests back to the original owner after 8 years, he spent another two years developing and patenting an interactive and multi-sensory system for educating non-financial employees to be financially literate.

His peers and clients have since regarded him as a world authority on the subject of “bridging the gap between corporate financial goals and employee performance”.

Using his patented technology, Neville has trained internationally with many of the world’s leading
companies, various government sectors and non-profit organizations. His has also worked extensively with entrepreneurs and especially those in growth mode.

He has written and published 7 accounting and managerial textbooks that accompany his patented teaching method for use in community colleges, universities and pre Executive Education programs including Harvard Business School where he was also a case protagonist. His creative style of education has won him numerous awards including the conversion of his system into Braille for the visually impaired.

His training peers have called him a “trainers trainer”. He is a motivating, passionate, humorous,
engaging and compelling educator that will open your mind by providing you with stimulating and
refreshing ideas that will differentiate you from traditional practices. He is a keen amateur artist, writer, and an adventurous motorcycle rider.

About Us: Neville Joffe created the AME Learning System after spending more than 25 years in the manufacturing and distribution industry. His maverick style of leadership embraced numerous philosophies such as Quality Circle, the Theory of Constraints, “Just In Time” inventory systems and many more. These processes were adopted to find new and innovative ways to continually improve productivity and profitability.

Eventually Neville discovered that the one key factor that made all these philosophies effective was to ensure that everyone understood the financial impact of their decisions.

This newly acquired financial knowledge opened a world of opportunity for both the employees’ personal growth in the company and the profitability of the organization.
