The webinar will begin with an overview of the nature of unclaimed property as well as the rationale for its administration and functionality.
The webinar will then transition into the heart of the webinar in which attendees will be introduced to:
1) some of the differences between unclaimed property and tax;
2) some of the current trends with respect to the jurisdictional enforcement mechanisms; and
3) some suggested best practices.
