Many high-growth B2B SaaS businesses rely on QuickBooks to manage their financial operations, however as they scale, spreadsheets and manual processes are often used to compensate for what may be lacking in QuickBooks functionality. This can be challenging when trying to accurately manage billing and collections as well as when sharing data across departments.

Additionally, as B2B SaaS businesses look toward funding, subscription metrics and analytics such as MRR or ARR, churn and retention analysis and customer lifetime value (CLV), are required. These metrics aren’t calculated in QuickBooks, and are difficult to accurately reconcile between a GL and a CRM.
