Learn to revamp your firm or finance department’s service offerings to reduce cost and reduce your staff’s workload, while allowing your staff to focus on more value-added areas like financial planning and analysis and decision support. While automation technologies come with some cost, they greatly reduce manual labor and risk of error when integrated well.
