Course Description

Everyone knows the pain and stress that comes with financial reporting at the end of the month. But does it have to be this way or can we move away from the ideology of reporting at the close of a month? In this webinar, we take a look at what management really wants while making the finance teams life much easier. This is a must-see for any CPAs looking to help their clients streamline the end of the month craziness and help get your companies to a fluid, real-time reporting structure.

Learning Objectives

  • Month-end should be a confirmatory report, not revelatory report.

  • How to get to a fluid state of reporting.

  • The value of and ROI of real time reporting.

  • What finance should really be focusing on to grow top line and watch bottom line revenue.
