Course Description

Planning the implementation of a new software solution can be difficult, even if the change is just an internal one. But what if the change affects your clients, too? Who will provide leadership and communicate the vision to your clients? How will you measure success? Getting your clients to accept your firm's technology initiatives requires careful consideration.

We have been helping customers implement new technologies since 2002 and we've been refining our implementation methodology ever since. In this session, we will explore the process we use to maximize client acceptance of new technologies being used by both tax professionals and their clients. With proper planning and execution, it's easy to streamline your 1040 process and dramatically improve client service.

"TaxCaddy made it much easier to compile and transmit my tax information and I loved not having all the paper to send back and forth. I loved it!" - A TaxCaddy user
