Jessica I. Marschall, CPA, member of AICPA and VSCPA, is a powerhouse leader that works double-time as the owner of her own CPA firm and as the Green Donation Consultants CEO. With an undergrad from the University of Virginia and an MS in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, Jessica’s extensive experience includes work in public accounting and internal auditing. She has co-authored many accounting research university publications and is an adjunct tax and accounting professor.

Diane Scarbrough, ISA Member, was previously a Certified Residential Appraiser and has over 14 years of experience as an appraiser. After previously working as a Real Estate Appraiser for 8 years, she returned in 2013 to undergo extensive training to learn personal property appraisals. She has completed personal property appraisal courses, classes, lectures, and webinars from the International Society of Appraisers, the Appraisers Association of America, the American Society of Appraisers, and continues to further her education within the field.
