Fraud Magazine listed Wirecard’s missing $2 billion and Airbus’s routine briberies as two of the most scandalous frauds of 2020, but while you have been busy facing the COVID-19 pandemic, you probably didn’t even realize (A) that frauds were committed in 2020 and (B) that Fraud Magazine is a thing. In this course, we will take a close look at these two cases to explore what could have been done to stop them.

  • Identify the red flags of fraud exhibited by Wirecard and Airbus prior to and during their respective frauds

  • Recognize the common characteristics associated with fraudsters that were evident among those who perpetrated the Wirecard and Airbus frauds
