Nellie has perfected the balance of being a mom, the CEO of CorpNet.com, and maintaining a healthy relationship with her husband and business partner of 14 years. Through their various business ventures together, Nellie has formed more than 100,000 corporations and LLCs across the U.S.
Dawn is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Fraud Examiner, and CEO of Powerful Accounting, LLC. In addition, Powerful Accounting created a sister company, Your Turn, LLC, where they specialize in application consulting and implementation for small businesses.
Our concept is that anyone can learn the easy things, but the people that have unique skill sets are the ones that will shine. To get such a unique skill set takes work - a lot of work and study. Carlos Dias Jr. is a financial adviser, public speaker and president of Dias Wealth LLC, in the Orlando, Florida, area, offering strategic financial planning services to business owners, executives, retirees and professional athletes. Carlos is a nationally syndicated columnist for Kiplinger and has contributed, been featured or quoted in over 100 publications, including Forbes, MarketWatch, Bloomberg, CNBC, The Wall Street Journal, U.S. News & World Report, USA Today and several others. He's also been interviewed on various radio and television stations. Carlos is trilingual, fluent in both Portuguese and Spanish.
A member of FORVIS National Nonprofit Advisory Services Practice and Center of Excellence. Neely has more than 20 years of audit and advisory experience in public accounting. Her expertise includes financial statement audits, Single Audits, grants management, assessments and compliance, outsourced accounting functions, standards implementation, internal audit procedures, strategic planning, and tax-exempt matters for a wide range of nonprofit entities. Neely also performs forensic work related to various cases for technical matters for nonprofits.
Jina is a consultant and speaker on diversity, inclusion, culture, and belonging. She creates training programs and workshops to help clients move forward in their D&I journey. She is a story-teller and speaks candidly about her experiences, hard lessons, and ‘aha’ moments that helped her understand the importance of individuality, the value of curiosity, and the courage it takes to “just” be yourself.
Leo Flowers is a Connection Guru, Comedy Maestro, and Life Coach Extraordinaire. With a Master's degree in Counseling/Psychology, Leo's mission is to empower individuals to navigate pain, alleviate pressure, and find growth opportunities through his life coaching services and suicide prevention podcast. In his coaching practice, Leo works with successful, high-achieving professionals who seek more meaning in their personal lives by helping them transition from constant performance to embracing the present. He is dedicated to sharing the tools, strategies, and tactics needed to foster deep and meaningful relationships, reduce tensions, and wield influential power.
Eric is a partner in Green & Sklarz LLC, a boutique tax firm with offices in Connecticut and New York. The focus of Attorney Eric L. Green’s practice is civil and criminal taxpayer representation before the Department of Justice Tax Division, Internal Revenue Service and state Departments of Revenue Services, as well as handling probate matters and estate planning for individuals and business owners and tax planning for closely held businesses.
Dave Hall is a CPA, public speaker, webinar presenter, podcaster, and retirement risk advisor. He spends most of his time educating CPAs and EAs on various retirement topics.
Paul is the Founder and President of RCReports, Inc., a company that provides Reasonable Compensation software tools and consulting services to the accounting industry. Paul has been the visionary behind the creation of RCReports.com, the first online application for establishing Reasonable Compensation for Shareholder-Employees of S Corps.
Christian has been working at TaxProMarketer since 2016. In that time he has had a number of roles. His current CEO role carries a wide variety of leadership responsibilities to TaxProMarketer's highly talented team, their clients and their success, and the tax and accounting industry at large. Christian's primary area of expertise is around SEO and website development.

Robert S. Keebler, CPA/PFS, MST, AEP (Distinguished), CGMA is a partner with Keebler & Associates, LLP and the current chairman of the AICPA Advanced Estate Planning Conference. In 2007 he was inducted into the Estate Planning Hall of Fame of National Association of Estate Planners & Councils. He has also been named by CPA Magazine as one of the Top 100 Most Influential Practitioners in the United States and one of the Top 40 Tax Advisors to Know During a Recession. His practice includes family wealth transfer and preservation planning, charitable giving, retirement distribution planning, and estate administration.
Roger is considered the foremost authority on all things involving e-services and IRS transcripts since pioneering the IRS transcript analysis industry a decade ago launching Tax Help Software. Roger is a national speaker on tax industry best practices who also consults with some of the largest tax software companies, accounting firms, tax resolution firms, and the IRS.
Angelene is an IRS Enrolled Agent, Certified Tax Resolution Specialist, and an instructor for the American Society of Tax Problem Solvers. She has spent nearly two decades in the trenches alongside industry experts Larry Lawler and LG Brooks working on complex tax resolution cases. She has worked and consulted on thousands of cases in her career and is an instructor in the ASTPS Tax Resolution Accelerator.
