Course Description

During the seemingly never-ending tax season, accountants can become too focused on meeting deadlines and ignore their physical and mental health. This webinar will discuss stress, burnout, and mental illness. We will discuss how to identify if someone is having issues and what we should do to support them. We will also go over ways to help us minimize mental health issues and things we can do to become more productive by working less.
